International civil service law
Stéphanie Zurawski specialises in international civil service law. Stéphanie trained under Jean-Didier Sicault and worked with Professor Pierre Michel Eisemann (Professor Emeritus at Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University) for several years on cases involving international administrative courts.
She advises her clients (international organisations and international civil servants) on all aspects of international civil service law. For disputes, she assists clients during the early (pre-litigation) stages and in reaching amicable settlements (out-of-court agreements).
Stéphanie represents clients before the internal bodies of international organisations (internal appeal boards) and before international administrative courts.
She primarily represents her clients before the Administrative Tribunal of the International Labour Organization (ILOAT) and the United Nations Dispute Tribunal (UNDT) (in New York, Geneva and Nairobi). Stéphanie also provides advocacy services in proceedings before the Court of First Instance and Appeal Court of the International Francophone Organization, the OECD Administrative Tribunal in Paris and the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) in Luxembourg for European litigation.
